Jhadav Payeng   whose name maybe remain anonymous among Society is a prominent personality who led the initiative of saving trees and wildlife of India.  He is also known as the  Forest Man Of India.   At just the Mere age of 16 , Payeng led a initiative of planting a tree sapling a day seeing the ecological condition and deteriorating environment conditions. As he grew, he become more enthusiastic and zealous towards converting barren land into lush green forest and by just planting tree he converted 550 acres of land into lush green forest. Being a resident of Assam , he became despondent and dismayed over the fact that his own land majuli was turning into a desert and barren land. It was at this moment he got a courage to come forward and take a stand to transform this barren land into green cover. In recent years, we encounter more heat in summer , winter starts in December , rainfall we get untimely. These all are indication to climate change .  Climate change is the significant variation of average weather conditions becoming, for example, warmer, wetter, or drier—over several decades or longer.  India is peninsular country i.e. surrounded by water from three sides. The rise in temperature makes the water storm more violent for the eastern ghats .
